Qi Gong:

working with energy, opening a path to inner harmony. Even the simplest exercises have far-reaching effects, thanks to the harmonisation of respiration, movement and mental concentration. Physical, mental or spiritual imbalances affecting the energy flow can be positively controlled using regular exercises.

Tai-Chi:

a meditative movement technique which leads to a new sense of one's body, in the long term resulting in a previously undiscovered sensibility and awareness of the self. Tai-Chi has been practised in Asia for thousands of years to harmonise mind, body and spirit.

Yoga:

has been practised for over 5,000 years. It is the oldest known system of exercises facilitating the development of human awareness. It conveys an insight into the laws and linkages of life, using appropriate exercises to open up a path to inner harmony and self-discovery.
